Outcomes shown with consent — and context.
Before-and-after imagery is most meaningful when each case is explained against its own starting anatomy. Public examples are limited and used only with explicit, written patient permission.
Every result shown here is published with the patient's written consent. Cases are presented with the procedure performed and a short note on what was — and was not — done, because a before-and-after means little without the anatomy it started from. Most of Dr. Karlin's results are reviewed privately during consultation rather than posted online.

●Patient privacy is treated as part of the care. No identifiable imagery appears here without written consent, results are not retouched, and individual outcomes vary with each patient's anatomy and healing.
